OUR CLASS LINE-UP

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are for our strength-focused classes, while Tuesdays and Thursdays are dedicated to cardio. Lastly, join us for our bi-weekly, alternating mobility ‘Tune-Ups’ and restorative yoga sessions to round out your movement schedule.

We use the whole room to give you a killer full body strength workout. Expect to hit 9 stations and finish with a group challenge to get the heart rate up and endorphins flowing, leaving you ready for whatever the day has to throw at you.

This class is designed to get you moving explosive and powerful, then we're flipping it on its head and getting you moving quickly to challenge your aerobic capacity. 

Expect some lateral, rotational and plyometric movements to get you trained in those unfamiliar planes of motion.

MOBILITY tune-up

On alternating Monday evenings, we focus on tuning up our bodies and addressing the specific weaknesses that may stop us from performing our best.

New to mobility? Think strength without the heavy weights and refining overall movements & technique to increase our range of motion, relieve tight muscles, ensure good posture prevent injury.

SCULPT & FLOW

Join our team member Tiff on the mats every-other-Monday for a one-hour, restorative yoga flow that allows you to reset and recharge for the week ahead.

Expect a full-body session for body & soul, a combination of Vinyasa flow, deep myofascial stretching, plenty of breathwork, and savasana.

Our new, improved, and FREE weekly run club!

Each week, we begin with a warm up at Feel Good HQ, before heading out & finish with a cool down & pick up back at HQ. There will be an option for a conversational 5K every week, or step up your game and increase your distances - whatever works for you!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our classes are high energy, beginner-friendly, and led by awesome trainers with killer playlists.

  • The exercise programming in each class will vary, but you can typically expect the following structure:

    INTRO: You’re not just a client at FG— you’re part of our community. We take the first few minutes of class to introduce our names and pronouns, and answer a fun check-in question to get to know each other.

    STRENGTH & MOBILIZE: Allow our joints and muscles to ease into the work they’re getting into.

    CARDIO OR STRENGTH WORK: Depending on the class, we focus on getting that heart rate up (cardio), loading up our muscles (strength), or a combination of both.

    END CHALLENGE: a spicy endorphin-booster to round out the hard work!

    COOL DOWN: At the end of class, we slow it all the way down, re-opening our bodies and give them the time to recover.

  • Classes are typically 1 hour, with the exception of our 45-minute Noon Burners.

  • We provide all the equipment necessary for your work out.

    All classes can be done with indoor running shoes or socks, depending on your personal preference. We also recommend bringing your own water bottle to keep hydrated!

  • Our knowledgeable trainers will happily provide accommodations for any movements/exercises. Please chat with them before class to ensure you’re moving safely through your work out!
